Dyslexia Defined

Dyslexia is part of a spectrum of learning difficulties and can be associated with dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, language processing disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorder.

Someone with dyslexia will experience difficulties in reading, spelling, writing and/or maths.

The difficulties your child is experiencing are unique to him/her.

People with dyslexia or an associated learning difficulty are often misunderstood.
This is because they process information differently and are sometimes mistakenly labelled
e.g. lazy, dumb, dreamy or disorganised.

In fact many famous creative and entrepreneurial people are/were dyslexic.
